What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the SVP's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings
- Act as the main point of contact between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a smooth workplace environment
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years in an executive assistant and/or office management role
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters

- Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom and Teams
