      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide full administrative support to the Managing Partner and assist other departments as needed
      - Coordinate meetings via Teams and organize company events
      - Manage the Managing Partner's email inbox and calendar to ensure organization
      - Prepare key documents such as reports and presentations for internal teams
      - Coordinate travel plans and create expense reports for the Managing Partner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a 4-year degree in business or equivalent preferred
      - At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
      - Experience working at a professional services firm is a positive attribute
      - High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
