      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Assist with marketing materials and create newsletters for staff and parents
      - Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and manage project schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as an executive assistant or relevant administrative support experience
      - Proficient in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Chat, Google Drive, etc.)
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with healthcare or clinical scheduling software (e.g., SpokeChoice)
      - Experience in coordinating travel arrangements
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
      - Familiarity with workplace communication platforms such as Workplace and Canva
