      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
      - Organize and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
      - Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
      - Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
      - Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and other key events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of C-Suite executive support experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Experience working with an HRIS system, with Workday experience as a plus
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
      - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
