What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Managing the calendars of the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
- Assisting with communications and managing Officer's email
- Scheduling meetings
- Planning and organizing Officer's travel arrangements
- Assisting with the production of regular daily/weekly reports
- Updating information in various departmental databases and other data management tasks as directed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Experience in making and managing travel arrangements
- Proficiency with M365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Previous experience in managing an executive's daily calendar
- Some experience with Salesforce CRM
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and track tasks, activities, and events
- Adaptable with the ability to adjust to change quickly while meeting deadlines
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an assistant to a C-level manager or Director
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a nonprofit organization
