Job Description
- Req#: R-2025-39086
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM of US Vision Care including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling correspondence.
- Contract Administration: Submit and process MSA’s & SOW’s within Alcon's contract system supporting US Pharma
- Reports: Prepare and present required report to track critical business processes
- Customer Interaction: Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service
- Event Coordination: Organization and coordinate sales events, meetings and conferences (onsite and offsite) in partnership with Alcon meetings team.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts and purchase orders
- Communication: Facilitate communication between the GM and the sales team, as well as other departments
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation and logistics for the GM
- Project Assistance: Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 3 Years of Relevant Experience
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment; experience in a sales environment preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Utilization of AI engine (ChatGPT or CoPilot) preferred
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work on own initiative within well-defined guidelines, and in a highly confidential manner
