      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and attend meetings, constructing agendas, distributing minutes, and ensuring action points are followed up
      - Manage the executive team's diary, setting up meetings, calls, and resources as required
      - Provide administrative support, assist visitors, and resolve a range of administrative problems and inquiries
      - Prepare expense reports for review and submission, and assist with travel arrangements
      - Maintain correspondence and data files, and manage meeting room requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferred or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
      - Administrative office experience is preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Experience with Concur Application and D365 software preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a similar administrative role
      - Familiarity with background screening processes
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
