      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct administrative support to three Associate Vice Presidents, coordinating multi-faceted activities and projects
      - Manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings and travel arrangements
      - Prepare and process payment requests, employee reimbursements, and invoices
      - Serve as the office liaison for internal and external vendors, tracking expenses and ordering supplies
      - Assist with onboarding new associates and ensure a smooth integration into the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience required
      - Excellent organizational, work planning, and follow-through skills
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting or with fundraising events
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Proven ability to anticipate the needs of leadership staff
      - Familiarity with database management for tracking pledges and donations
