Have experience as a personal / executive assistant to senior managers.
Be well organised and skilled in using, maintaining and developing administrative systems
Experienced in running your workload effectively with priorities from multiple partners
Confident in providing organisational and administrative services for committees and meetings
Great stakeholder management skills
Starting salary between £35k-£50k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity -8% of annual salary - actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Executive Assistant (EA)
National – Salary circa £35k
London- Salary circa £50k
An exciting opportunity has come up for an Executive Assistant to our Risk function directors. This is a high-profile position which also includes covering for the EA to the Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
A bit about the role
In this exciting role you will be working closely with directors and their support teams and must be comfortable building a rapport quicklyto ensure good working relationships, and working in a close-knit team where you will handle schedules, co-ordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist with various projects – all while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. This role will ensure that the directors have the right personal support in prioritising the work of their departments and fulfilling their obligations in planning, reporting, and performanceto Boards and Committees.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and be confident working under pressure. You will be career-minded with the ability to multi-task and be an excellent teammate.
