      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical guidance and administrative support to the Unemployment Insurance Administrator and Deputy Administrators
      - Maintain the calendar and organization chart for the Unemployment Insurance Administrator, assisting with project plan development
      - Manage daily operations of the Unemployment Insurance Administration, including scheduling, travel requests, and supply management
      - Respond to inquiries and manage correspondence for the Unemployment Insurance Administrator and Deputy Administrators
      - Attend meetings, take notes, and relay information to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively higher-level executive or administrative responsibility, preferably in state government
      - Strong public relations, oral and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of program planning concepts and state and federal regulations governing the Unemployment Insurance Program
      - Ability to develop and implement functional program objectives
      - Must successfully pass background and reference checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with senior level management and supervisory roles
      - Familiarity with public administration practices
      - Ability to independently initiate tasks and projects
      - Knowledge of internal organization and management practices
