      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical guidance and administrative support to the Unemployment Insurance Administrator and Deputy Administrators
      - Maintain the calendar of the Unemployment Insurance Administrator and assist in project plan development
      - Manage daily operations of the Unemployment Insurance Administration, including scheduling and travel arrangements
      - Respond to inquiries and manage correspondence on behalf of the Unemployment Insurance Administrator and Deputy Administrators
      - Attend meetings, take notes, and relay information to internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of progressively higher-level executive or administrative experience, preferably in state government
      - Strong public relations, oral, and written communication skills
      - Knowledge of program planning, state and federal laws, and regulations governing the Unemployment Insurance Program
      - Ability to work independently and develop functional program objectives
      - Must possess and retain a current, valid driver’s license for state business travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with senior-level management and supervisory responsibilities
      - Familiarity with public administration practices
      - Previous experience in a government or public sector environment
      - Skills in developing and implementing effective work plans and methods for improvement
