- Manage complex calendars and scheduling through Outlook (60% of the time).
- Coordinate travel arrangements using Concur and Travel Source (20% of the time).
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements (20% of the time).
- Utilize Word, Excel, Slack, Chime, and Outlook for various tasks.
- Provide support to 2-3 Director-level executives, possibly across different time zones.
- Work closely with hiring managers for onboarding and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with a team of five other Executive Assistants.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role (e.g., Office Manager, Front Desk, Legal Assistant).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience managing very complex calendars.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.
- Experience with Concur.
- Customer-facing, hospitality, or service industry experience.
- Strong EA experience supporting multiple executives.
- Advanced degree (preferred but not required).

Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Director-level executives within the Ads organization. This role is fully on-site in Seattle, WA and offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, unique team with an amazing EA culture.

Work Environment
This role is fully on-site in Seattle, WA, working alongside other Executive Assistants within the Ads organization. The typical work hours are 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. You will be part of a team that directly impacts the ads world, providing support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
