Top level support of Executive Team
Manage complex and dynamic calendars
Coordination of meeting and travel arrangements
Attend meetings as needed – take and transcribe notes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to compose professional level correspondence
8+ years exp as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level managers
Proficient on MS Office with strong skills on PowerPoint
Must have technology – familiar with setting up laptops, projectors, and other devices
Able to work independently to deadlines, ability to interact with all levels of positions, as well as a constantly changing and growing workplace
Experience with planning, management, and execution of events such as conferences, meetings, client lunches etc.
Immediate opening for Executive Assistant for our Stratford, CT, client. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. Pay range – 80-90k.
Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant may include but are not limited to the following:

Hours – 8am – 5pm
Location – Stratford, CT – min of 3 days in-office, with potential for 2 days remote (once trained)

Pay Details: $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
