      • Handle random travel requests, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
      • Update and maintain accurate records in property management software systems.
      • Take calls, summarize key points, and condense information into concise emails or texts for the client

      Skill Set
      • Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools • Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and efficiently handle email correspondence • Capable of planning large family vacations by researching and providing tailored recommendations based on provided dates and locations • Experienced in arranging and coordinating transportation for multiple family members, including booking flights and scheduling executive vehicle pickups
