      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic administrative and organizational support to the CEO
      - Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and analyzing time allocation
      - Oversee the CEO's email inbox, triaging and drafting responses as necessary
      - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, addressing potential challenges proactively
      - Prepare for meetings by coordinating logistics, materials, and agendas to ensure effective discussions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive
      - Proven track record of excellent time management and organizational skills
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
      - Strong integrity, discretion, and commitment to excellence
      - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines
