      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Founder, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation
      - Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events and meetings
      - Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
      - Support special projects such as events, community outreach, and donor relations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational and time management skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - High level of accountability, reliability, and responsiveness
      - Proactive, self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in event management or donor relations is a plus
      - Passion for the organization's mission and alignment with its values
