      We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

      What can you expect:

      As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO in managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of their office.

      This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

      We will rely on you to:

      • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the CEO's time and ensure timely and effective communication.
      • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Draft and proofread emails, prepare reports, and maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
      • Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Arrange meeting logistics, such as booking meeting rooms and coordinating catering, to ensure smooth and productive meetings.
      • Travel Arrangements: Manage all aspects of the CEO's travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Research and recommend travel options, maintain travel itineraries, and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
      • Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information, documents, and records. Manage electronic and physical filing systems, maintain databases, and ensure data security and confidentiality.
      • Project Coordination: Assist the CEO in managing and coordinating various projects and initiatives. Conduct research, prepare presentations, coordinate with team members, and track project progress to ensure successful completion.
      • Relationship Management: Help the CEO build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and board members. Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage contact databases, and assist with relationship-building activities.
      • Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as they arise, including event planning and coordination, personal errands, and administrative support.

      What you need to have:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
      • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
      • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails and documents.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
      • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
