      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Leadership Team
      - Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
      - Prepare materials for leadership meetings, board presentations, and HR initiatives
      - Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary and contract employees
      - Oversee the HR Intranet page and manage its content

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting a Chief Human Resources Officer or senior HR executive
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
      - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree a plus but not required
      - Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries is a plus
