      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and executive team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements
      - Handle processing of expenses, invoices, and coordination of meetings and events
      - Identify and resolve complex problems while maintaining strong business relationships
      - Compose and prepare reports and correspondence, ensuring accuracy in spelling and grammar
      - Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College diploma or University degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive support
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel/expense management systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
