      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage communication and information flow between the CRO and various stakeholders, including executives and clients
      - Organize and maintain the CRO's daily schedule, including meetings, travel, and client calls
      - Handle office management tasks, such as managing supplies, receipts, and phone calls
      - Take notes and minutes at meetings, distributing action items as necessary
      - Assist the CRO in accomplishing key tasks and initiatives for business growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant
      - Extensive experience with office and administration systems
      - Strong proficiency in MS Office and English
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to make independent decisions
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a direct approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM systems
      - Knowledge of digital marketing principles and editing skills
