What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage the CEO's social media strategy, including monitoring platforms and responding to direct messages
- Draft outlines and full drafts of CEO speeches, talking points, and written materials for external audiences
- Create internal communications, including staff messages and content for the AAMC's internal newsletter
- Manage the nomination process for key individuals to prestigious organizations, ensuring timely submissions and coordination
- Prepare briefing documents and status updates for the CEO's communications and engagements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5 years of related work experience in communications or a similar field
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a prominent individual
- 3 - 5 years of experience writing in an executive's voice
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing scenarios

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing a specialized program
- Knowledge of communications best practices and strategic development for executive communications
- Ability to engage actively in organizational meetings and initiatives
