Job Description

- Organizes the Radiology services for patients.
- Coordinates all requirements related to Radiological procedure including but not limited to; Scheduling, Insurance, uploading prior study images, downloading images at patient/physician request, coordinating visit day workflow, triaging any issues related to radiologic procedure, etc.
- Coordinates and assists in the administration and the accuracy of personnel records.
- Solves problems and provides timely assistance to patients, providers and radiology staff.
- Builds brand loyalty and achieves resident retention goals by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community.
- Works with Radiology leadership on key Patient Satisfaction initiatives
- Assists in compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the community.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
