      As a Product Director in CoPilot, you will be accountable to the Digital Channels and Employee Help GMs . You will be responsible for defining, developing and delivering a strategic product roadmap that achieves a firm-wide Virtual Agent product (CoPilot) that uplifts content discovery, supports seamless task competition, offers employee self-service and appropriately routes escalation. You will manage two distinct but deeply interconnected disciplines; product management and live agents – success leading the product portfolio drives the capacity of live agents. You will also be responsible for delivering an innovative vision that solves how employees interact with self-service and complete tasks in a natural language environment by being neatly integrated within employee journeys.

      Job responsibilities

      • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
      • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
      • Coaches and mentors, the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
      • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
      • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
      • Develop the firmwide Virtual Assistant and Assistant product strategy through extensive collaboration with domain stakeholders. The strategy must balance immediate needs of employee self-service within a bigger mandate to launch a CoPilot/Assistant (geared to additional capabilities such as take automation and completion).
      • Direct the platform strategy for VA by collaborating with technology counterparts on solutions built vs. acquired. Lead the work with internal and external teams
      • Use employee 360 data and product analytics to inform product roadmap and feature decisions; create a measurement culture and frequently publish progress towards key results
      • Use VA and Assistant interactions and conversations to inform related roadmaps (such as Search and Content)
      • Collaborate with Product peers to ensure dependencies and risks are effectively understood and accounted for, ensuring we hit our roadmap milestones: as well as Collaborate with Content and LLM teams to ensure employee interaction, and the resulting knowledge, is accessible, personal and accurate. Leverage Content and LLMs to grow employee self-service and reduce ticket volumes
      • Broaden your perspective and approach to solving problems effectively by regularly analyzing market trends and influential figures in the industry.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
      • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
      • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
      • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
      • Demonstrated understanding of conversational design and the use cases of LLMs
      • Ability to demonstrate effective and inclusive leader


      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Proficient knowledge of the build, measure, learn methodology of developing products
      • Experience with Content Management Systems
      • Experience working with multi-level management and groups
      • Experience with virtual agents
