      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and continuously improve the cybersecurity resiliency program
      - Ensure the resilience of technology infrastructure and services against cyber threats
      - Lead incident response efforts and conduct tabletop exercises
      - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
      - Provide oversight and guidance to cybersecurity teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity
      - 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing cybersecurity teams
      - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
      - Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with security monitoring and threat detection tools (i.e., SIEM, SOAR)
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
