What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve regional revenue and profit targets
- Manage and grow sales through existing and new channels, including contractors and resellers
- Build a results-driven team through coaching, development, and training programs
- Lead account planning and management initiatives to increase market share
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor sales activity and maximize impact

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 12 years in global sales and marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in strategy implementation and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (initially 50-75%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Fire Suppression Products industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to influence complex stakeholder groups
- Previous experience managing large sales teams
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
