      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage operations of the Customer Service group to drive efficiencies and cost savings
      - Collaborate with interdepartmental and field leaders to forecast and report operating results
      - Analyze performance data on key departmental initiatives and oversee budgeting processes
      - Propose and implement process changes to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness
      - Provide direction and coaching to staff while managing integrated project teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong leadership experience at the Director level or above
      - Proven experience in outlining and executing strategic objectives and business strategies
      - Extensive experience leading projects and project teams
      - Ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Over 10 years of relevant work experience in a leadership role
      - Experience in the media and technology industry
      - Familiarity with customer experience enhancement strategies
      - Knowledge of the Net Promoter System and its application in business operations
