What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the executive recruitment efforts by collaborating with organizational leadership and hiring authorities
- Develop and implement effective search strategies for executive recruitment
- Manage multiple concurrent executive searches while identifying process improvements
- Serve as the main point of contact for executive search vendor relationships and contracts
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to recruitment practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of directly related exempt level professional experience in human resources
- Proficient knowledge of human resources and employment law
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Competent use of personal computers and general office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Executive recruitment experience in higher education and/or healthcare industry
- Professional HR Certification (such as PHR or SPHR)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with diverse teams
