      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the executive recruitment process by collaborating with leadership to identify workforce needs and design effective candidate profiles
      - Develop and implement search strategies for executive recruitment, including marketing and networking efforts
      - Manage relationships with executive search vendors and track their performance throughout the recruitment process
      - Coordinate communication with candidates and oversee all phases of the recruiting and hiring process
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employment practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of directly related exempt-level professional experience in human resources
      - Proficiency in HR practices and employment law
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems and project management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Executive recruitment experience in higher education and/or the healthcare industry
      - Professional HR Certification (such as PHR or SPHR)
