What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, recruit, and onboard finance and accounting professionals through various channels
- Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates
- Assess applicants' experience, knowledge, and skills to match them with open positions
- Manage the interview process, including feedback and salary negotiations between candidates and clients
- Provide career guidance to candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree or equivalent staffing/recruiting experience
- Public accounting experience is desirable
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-paced recruitment process
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to connect easily with others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a recruitment role within the accounting or finance sector
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms
- Previous experience in client relationship management
- Knowledge of current industry trends in accounting and finance
- Strong networking skills to enhance candidate sourcing
