      Job Overview

      This position provides executive and leadership recruitment services for Fairview Health Services. The person in this position will provide an outstanding level of customer service and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers based on a thorough understanding of departments, staff, and positions to ensure their hiring requirements are met.

      The Executive Recruiter is the responsible for all aspects of filling high-level and hard to fill open positions including partnering with other human resources partners, managers, and leadership to hire top talent for Fairview by anticipating and filling business needs. As the primary contact for applicants and executives, this person will coordinate all aspects of the executive recruitment process including, selection of best advertising venues, source applicant pools, screen applicants, interview and present top candidates, coordinate interview and hiring steps, evaluate all selection criteria to ensure applicants are meeting and or exceeding requirements, and ensure the successful completion and start of the on-boarding process.

      • Build relationships and influence critical stakeholders, including executive leadership regarding recruitment strategy, initiatives, and activities.
      • Manage the day-to-day requirements of assigned requisitions to fill open positions with top talent.
      • Full- Cycle executive recruitment process including intake, sourcing, selection, offer and negation with candidate.
      • Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive strategies and partnership with others.
      • Lead strategic intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the position requirements/goals and connection to the organizations business plans and growth.
      • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, including engaging candidates in a manner that fosters transparency, respect, and timeliness.
      • Share recruitment trends with leaders regarding candidate pipelines, sourcing strategies and market intelligence
      • Use labor market tools to source diverse candidates as well as proactively conducts research and investigates new ideas to create effective sourcing strategies.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources or related field
      • 6 years of recruitment experience

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Master’s Degree
      • 5 years’ experience in healthcare in a multi-union, multi-site environment
      • PHR; SPHR; SHRM

      Compensation Disclaimer

      The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
