      The Opportunity

      As the Executive Recruitment Specialist, you’ll deliver white glove experiences to executive-level candidates, hiring executives, and HR throughout the executive recruiting process. As a member of the Executive Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll play an integral role in building trusted partnerships across the organization and serving as a strong brand representative of both the team and Ford Motor Company. This role is the centralized hub for two recruiters, serving as a resource for their candidates and clients. On a daily basis you will interface with high-level executives, managing complex schedules and travel arrangements, with strong organizational skills, focused attention to detail, and a high-level of confidentiality and discretion.

      The Team

      The Director of Executive Talent Acquisition leads a team of Executive Recruiters partnered with Executive Specialists. They are supported by Sourcing support, a Business Office Lead, and Executive Onboarding Coordinators. We are a small and mighty team! This opportunity is fully remote with less than 25% travel.

      Functional & Technical Knowledge

      The minimum requirements we seek

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      • 6+ years of experience in Executive Search, Recruiting or Executive level support
      • Adept at working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
      • Problem solver with the ability to swiftly address challenges in high-pressure situations
      • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and technology that supports collaboration

      What you’ll be able to do

      • Support the execution of best-in-class experiences by delivering prompt, detailed, and personable communication to executive-level talent, both internally and externally.
      • Collaborate with executive recruiters, senior leaders, administrative assistants, and candidates, to schedule kick off calls, status update meetings, interviews, and post-interview alignment meetings. Participate in these meetings as needed to remain informed and to help facilitate the process.
      • Assist executive recruiters in the creation of status reports, position profiles, target lists and other search strategy documents.
      • Follow up on interview feedback as required by executive recruiters.
      • Create search projects in the Executive Recruiting Platform and assist in the maintenance of the search flow and data. Be a champion for accurate and timely data entry and integrity.
      • Open requisitions in the company ATS system.
      • Work with executive recruiters to complete offer forms and offer letters.
      • Work with the executive TA specialist to order candidate gifts as needed.
      • Build trusted partnerships across the organization while serving as a key point of contact
      • Arrange candidate travel and lodging and process candidate reimbursements.
      • Maintain accurate and updated data across recruiting tools and dashboards (i.e., candidate profiles).
      • Help Executive Recruiters monitor referrals and track recruiting communications.
      • Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting related events.
      • Provide other administrative support as needed to the executive recruiting team.
      • Suggest ongoing improvements in the coordination of executive searches to improve candidate and client experience.
