      As a member of the US Talent Sourcing (TS) team, you will be a strategic partner to Business Leaders and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) community supporting the Deutsche Bank Executive Recruiter during the full recruitment lifecycle for Managing Director (MD) hires.

      What You’ll Do

      • Be a key point of contact for senior professionals in order to schedule interviews, collect pre-hire documents and maintain a clear audit trail in our applicant tracking system (workday). You will partner with internal stakeholders within Deutsche Bank to ensure that all pre-hire checks are completed

      • Manage job postings, invoice for payments of third-party vendors and search framework agreements and engagement letters for Managing Director roles

      • Support flexible sourcing methods to deliver against vacancy requirements across a various unique search

      • Handle all administrative tasks for internal and external managing director hires including updating our applicant tracking system, answering vendor, business, and professional queries, carrying out accuracy checks and internal governance requirement

      • Assist with vendor management tasks related to supplier onboarding

      Skills You’ll Need

      • Previous experience in a coordination role (Financial Services HR experience a plus)

      • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

      • Experience using Microsoft Excel
