      Job Description

      About the Role:


      Supported by the central team, effectively manage Retailer accounts within a defined territory, ensuring effective equipment controls and recovery, fostering strong relationships and operational excellence.

      Collaborate with customers to implement best practices in asset control and support them in optimizing their supply chains.

      Maximize asset productivity by managing efficient asset flows across the assigned region, ensuring the proper allocation and usage of CHEP equipment


      Key Responsibilities may include:

      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with asset productivity objectives.
      • Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route causes of failure and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and the CIFOT measure.
      • Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing targeted training for retailer staff, ensuring effective equipment control practices are in place.
      • Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers, establishing agreements around asset recovery processes to ensure a smooth transition and operational efficiency.
      • Manage and execute audit programs within the account portfolio to ensure adherence to asset management standards and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate audit result forecast.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives, develop solutions that improve asset recovery, and expand CHEP’s customer base.
      • Monitor asset control metrics, using data to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance asset recovery performance.

      Propósito:

      Es responsable de ejecutar procesos con base en un conocimiento operativo, desarrollando estrategias que permitan cumplir con los objetivos de reducción de faltante y pérdidas | recuperación de pallets dentro de la cadena logística

      Funciones:

      • Apoyar en el desarrollo de los planes de acción que contribuyen a mejorar la experiencia de cliente y contribuyen al cuidado y rentabilidad de los activos CHEP.
      • Negociar la recuperación de activos (pallets) con diferentes niveles dentro del Retailer (Costco / HEB)
      • Garantizar el control y seguimiento a cada uno de las localidades de las cuentas a cargo para garantizar el retorno del pallet
      • Recuperar los activos (pallets) a través del diseño y gestión de procesos logísticos
      • Procesar, analizar y realizar reportes de los socios comerciales para tener un seguimiento cercano y profundizar el conocimiento del negocio.
      • Capacitar a los socios comerciales respecto al buen uso de los activos CHEP, así como las buenas prácticas.
      • Elaborar Business Review para exponer al Gerente de Retail los principales hallazgos y planes de acción a desarrollar con los socios comerciales.
      • Interactuar con las partes involucradas (Externas e internas) representando a CHEP y persiguiendo los intereses de la compañía, fortaleciendo la red de contactos.
      • Identificación de proyectos de mejora: Buscar constantemente oportunidades de mejora en los procesos operativos de tiendas/CEDIS que faciliten la pronta devolución del pallet en el menor tiempo y con el menor daño posible
      • Creación de relaciones colaborativas con el Retailer a través del constante acercamiento y transmitiendo un mensaje que refleja el valor de CHEP como socio comercial.
      • Negociaciones a nivel Gerencias Operativas

      Formación:

      Licenciatura/Ingeniería Administración o afín titulado.

      Experiencia:

      • Experiencia mínima 2 años como KAE o Ejecutivo de Operaciones en Cadenas de Autoservicio preferentemente HEB y Costco así como en empresas Soluciones Logísticas.
      • Experiencia mínima 2 años contacto face to face con cliente B2B (Administrativo y operativo, importación)
      • Conocimiento de Cadena de Suministro
      • Construcción de Forecast

      Habilidades y conocimiento:

      • Dominio de paquetería Office (Excel, PPT y Word)
      • Conocimiento de procesos de importación (documentación)
      • Excelente comunicación oral y escrita
      • Experiencia del sector de Retail Nacional e Internacional/ Clubes de precio
      • Conocimiento del sector de FMCG

      Idioma: Español e inglés Intermedio- Avanzado Escrito – Hablado (indispensable)
