Job Description
- Req#: 3752
- Send out detailed renewal requests to service teams within IMA
- Conduct preliminarily checks and compare new and renewal quotes comparing to expired programs, policies, and applications for coverage
- Process polices, maintain EPIC data integrity, and pull applications as requested by Property & Casualty service teams
- Follow up on quotes due for the ERS team as requested, send bind requests, and review for accuracy
- Work with other service teams to deliver detailed internal service and on subjectivities needed for policy issuance and finalize with insurance carriers
- Conduct record keeping and monitor business tracking for extensions, revenues, and renewal dates
- Produce historical renewal data for ERS and service teams
- Responsible for data entry into EPIC systems and file documentation for all ERS associates
- Champion relationships with internal team, carrier partners, and collaborate with different IMA divisions and offices
- Support and demonstrate IMA’s core values

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Insurance, Executive Risk, or Management Liability preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Technical education development (Management Liability Specific classes, designations, etc.)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Required to obtain property and casualty license within 3-6 months of hire, unless already licensed
- Written and verbal communication competencies required

What You’ll Do
Our Executive Risk Solutions (ERS) practice group is seeking an ERS Specialist to join our team! This group is an outstanding team of professionals passionate about providing thoughtful advice, an outstanding legal perspective, a broad range of executive risk insurance solutions, and excellent service to our valued clients. ERS professionals have deep experience handling complex executive risk exposures (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber) for a variety of clients – from pre-IPO start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporations!
This position is an integral part of IMA's ERS team and must possess integrity, optimal problem solving, the ability to be agile and flexible, effective communication, and build relationships.
