      What you need to know:

      • Deep expertise in all aspects of executive search; including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, shortlisting presentations, stakeholder management, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
      • Demonstrable experience in running multiple end-to-end executive search assignments – specifically in Retail / FMCG industries (This can be in-house or via a search firm).
      • A strong research background, with market mapping and/or talent profiling expertise.
      • Understanding of how executive search agencies work to ensure the best negotiation of engagement terms.
      • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment and HR legislation, as well as industry best practices to protect our business.
      • Strong relationship management skills to the most C-Suite level.

      • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Strong external and internal networking and collaboration skills.

      • Passionate about talent acquisition and curious about the external market and best-in-class sourcing techniques.

      What decisions do you make:

      • Support Senior leaders to select the right approaches for recruitment, ensuring we explore direct approaches before considering third-party support.
      • Negotiations with key executive suppliers and offering candidates.
