      Status: Hourly/Non-exempt

      Location: Sodus, New York

      Schedule: Part-time (20-30 Hours per week), based on business needs, Monday - Friday. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.


      General Summary:


      Reliant Credit union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces eight years in a row, seeks an Executive Services Coordinator to join our team.


      The Executive Services Coordinator is responsible for performing diverse administrative functions and activities while supporting the overall functions of the Executive Services Manager and the Senior Leadership team.


      As an Executive Services Coordinator at Reliant, you will:

      • Process and manage communications for the Board, Supervisory Committee, Senior Leadership and Executive Teams, including mail and other correspondence.
      • Assist with preparation and coordination of meetings, projects, events, and errands, including ordering and setting up luncheons for departments, Executive Services Manager, and other staff as needed.
      • Document and distribute minutes for various committee meetings.
      • Coordinate and schedule regular meetings, and invite relevant staff.

      Requirements

      • High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
      • 2+ years of office/administrative experience desired.
      • Proficient personal computer skills, with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products required. Intermediate level Excel knowledge and experience desired
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
      • Ability to problem solve, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
      • Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
      • Demonstrates the ability to identify and problem solve in a timely manner.
      • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a high-volume, rapid pace environment.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Use of keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
      • Communicate effectively in person and via telephone, video conferencing, email, and written documents.
      • Access document equipment and files above and below waist levels.
      • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
