      The Executive Steward is responsible to manage the Stewarding Department in a large and dynamic food and beverage operation including several high-volume restaurants, bars, and multiple banquet venues – indoor and outdoor. The stewarding department will maintain a clean and organized back-of-house area and support all food and beverage departments by providing clean operating equipment, based on expected business level and in accordance with the County Department Health and Sanitation guidelines along with Hyatt’s Ecosure program. The leadership role requires dynamic relationship with outside contract companies and vendors. Additional duties include scheduling, productivity, inventory, expense control, staff training and colleague engagement. The Executive Steward will work directly with the Executive Chef and F&B Director.

      The salary range for this position is $70,600 to $85,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries commensurate with experience and qualifications.
