The Executive Support Analyst Co-Op will provide IT support and maintenance for our North American offices. The successful candidate will be a technically versed resource who provides excellent customer service support to our business in a team-based environment. Co-op employees will have the opportunity to grow their technical, interpersonal, and business skills while building their resume through practical work experience with a Fortune 200 Company.
This co-op position is in downtown Cleveland at our Corporate Headquarters. Long-term availability preferred (at least 1 full year). Position hours are flexible within Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm; part time (15-28 hours per week). No travel required for position.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be currently enrolled in a university or college degree program actively working toward an Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics, or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 35 lbs. frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and/or Outlook).
• Have at least one (1) year of prior experience using the MacOS operating system and iPhone and iPad devices.
• Have at least one (1) year of work experience in an administrative support or customer service position.
• Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
• Analyze, document, and recommend improvements to existing workflows, processes, and standards.
Acquisition & Deployment
• Implement enterprise-wide software delivery and audit to ensure licensing requirements and proper operation/installation.
• Support PC and other mobility devices relating to acquisition activities.
Operational Management
• Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting in a team environment including hands-on, over-the-phone and remote-controlled support.
• Support the new hire orientation process, including retrieving and transporting technology equipment such as laptops, monitors, etc.
• Computer imaging and configuration of desktops and laptops.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining detailed call logs when working with customers.
• Resolve client’s problems in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Identify trends using data analysis.
