- Frontline communication between owner and business partners
- Maintain professional and personal appointment schedule
- Book air travel, lodging, ground transportation and dining reservations
- Expense tracking and reimbursement requests
- Manage company and personal financial information
- Plan, organize, set up and participate in specialty events
- Word processing, professional writing, proposals and letters.
- Identify, order, pick up and deliver of professional and personal items.
- Other administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Protect operations by maintaining confidentiality
- Help the executive restore work-life balance and freely focus on what is most important
- Always on and ready to assist at any time. This can include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and errands as requested.
- Maintain highly organized and confidential files
- Assist executive with minimal personal matters
- Assist tax manager with collection of tax work
- Personal finance bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable and reconciliation of accounts
- Assist executive with homeowners and vehicle insurance, registration, etc.
- Household management as needed

Executive/Personal Assistant
Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive and Personal Assistant to our owner. This is a unique one-of-a-kind career that allows you to collaborate with top business partners while working personally with our owner. The ideal candidate will be providing personal and professional support and assist our Property Manager with maintaining our current book of properties. This position demands someone who is always on and ready to assist at any time. You must be proactive, think on your feet and quick to resolve challenges.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
