What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephone screening, registration, and act as a Patient Service Representative for the IntelliCenter
- Handle physician and service referrals and schedule appointments accurately
- Direct high-priority calls to nursing staff using sound judgment
- Assist with outbound call campaigns and support staffing assignments
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in phone, computer, and customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone and relate to diverse populations
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or as a Patient Service Representative (PSR)
