What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle physician and service referrals
- Schedule appointments and provide instructions to callers
- Transfer high priority calls to nursing staff
- Provide patient-focused service and organization information
- Escalate complaints and difficult calls to leadership
- Queue calls for low priority call back by nursing staff
- Support outbound call campaigns
- Assist with staffing assignments and lunch offerings
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Communicate effectively on the telephone
- Relate to individuals with diverse backgrounds
- Work quickly and multitask in a call center environment
- Demonstrate good customer service
- Use discretion and sound judgement in all job aspects
- Represent the employer professionally and promote positive relations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year experience in phone, computer, and customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of call center PSR experience
- Associates or BSN degree
