What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in operations research, collaborating on project teams with diverse skill sets
- Develop and execute analysis and study plans addressing complex problems and producing data-rich products
- Collaborate with senior managers and decision-makers to frame and solve critical problems
- Analyze the effectiveness of DoD projects in relation to the National Defense Strategy
- Support bid and proposal efforts while contributing to customer engagement and business development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field
- 4-5+ years of experience providing analytic support to Department of Defense and federal clients
- Ability to apply advanced quantitative methodologies in probability, statistics, optimization, and simulation
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- TS/SCI clearance
- Proficiency in at least one scientific programming language such as Python or R
- Basic familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and databases
- Willingness to advance programming skills
