What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with HEDIS, QRS, and STARs support for multiple plans through reporting and analytics
- Conduct research and deliver findings to customers
- Develop business cases and requirements for new products and enhancements
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team
- Research and interpret regulatory guidance and changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in querying, analyzing, and interpreting HEDIS data
- Strong knowledge of NCQA, CMS, and State reporting processes and requirements
- Familiarity with HEDIS abstraction process
- Up to 10% travel may be required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare quality reporting and analytics
- Familiarity with SAFe and Data Bricks
