What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with HEDIS, QRS, and STARs support for multiple plans through reporting and analytics
- Conduct research for customer inquiries related to HEDIS Submissions process
- Facilitate customer meetings to deliver research findings and ad hoc reporting
- Develop business cases and requirements for new products and enhancements
- Represent Quality team in process improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in analyzing and interpreting HEDIS data
- Strong knowledge of NCQA, CMS, and State reporting processes
- Up to 10% travel may be required
- Data querying skills, preferably SQL
