What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound sales calls from prospective and existing business customers, providing tailored solutions
- Build rapport with customers and recommend appropriate products and services to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives based on targeted metrics
- Set appointments for outside sales reps for more complex sales opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of T-Mobile products, services, and sales approaches through ongoing training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years of sales experience in a commissioned environment
- Experience in telesales and business sales
- Proven sales track record
- Exceptional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in inside sales
- Familiarity with T-Mobile tools and systems
- Background in customer service
