      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound sales calls from prospective and existing business customers, building rapport and recommending solutions
      - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives based on targeted metrics
      - Uncover sales opportunities and set appointments for outside sales representatives
      - Maintain knowledge of T-Mobile products, services, and sales approaches through ongoing training
      - Complete required documentation and maintain accurate customer records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Less than 2 years of sales experience in a commissioned environment
      - Experience in telesales and business sales
      - Proven sales track record and customer service experience
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in inside sales
      - Knowledge of T-Mobile tools and systems
      - Strong communication skills
      - Familiarity with customer service best practices
