      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to various prospect leads assigned from marketing initiatives
      - Research customer needs to select appropriate product/service information and build quotes for business customers
      - Collaborate with Business Verification and Credit Underwriting teams to validate new business customers
      - Follow outreach sequences and lead management processes in Salesforce to qualify leads
      - Provide follow-up care to customers regarding issues or concerns with their bill, device, or service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Less than 2 years of experience in an outbound call center environment
      - Less than 2 years of experience in business customer service, sales, or retention
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related subject
      - Experience in a commission-based pay environment
      - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com
      - Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
      - A mature, self-motivated individual with a positive, professional attitude
