What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate expert level proficiency in Interface or data conversion development and implementation tools
- Install software and interface definition on customer servers
- Coordinate all data exchange/EDI activities with trading partners and gateway vendors
- Participate in EDI testing and evaluate risks and impacts for project activities
- Develop technical documentation and provide training services for customers and employees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical/Business experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level
- Expert knowledge of enterprise-level hardware offerings
- Ability to negotiate interface or data conversion specifications with customers/vendors
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in healthcare technology or related industry
- Familiarity with CMS and state encounter data submission requirements
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security protocols
