What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform code reviews and audit team peer reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
- Provide design and implementation support to maintain architectural integrity of the ServiceNow platform
- Move code between environments as required and ensure best practices are followed during the development lifecycle
- Create scoped applications in accordance with ESM policies and procedures as needed
- Collaborate with multiple vendors and the ServiceNow Platform Team to support applications and understand platform changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline plus 10 years of experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including Service Catalog and scoped applications
- Experience in technical solution architecture and Agile project methodology
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ten years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (20 total)
- Strong analytical skills and good object-oriented programming skills
