What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document processes and SOPs required by the PMO team and COO
- Manage data, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Design and vet infrastructure roadmaps across multiple enterprise systems
- Lead architecture roadmaps and modernization efforts aligned with agency missions
- Collaborate with operations teams to align future-state architectures with current operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline PLUS 10 years of experience
- Ability to edit narrative and graphic products for grammatical formatting and logical consistency
- Experience in using various word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and scheduling tools
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with modern authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID)
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks like ITIL
- Experience with multi-cloud orchestration and management
- In-depth knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure)
- Proven experience designing large-scale IT infrastructure architectures
